Here is one exercise easy to do in Kundalini Yoga:

Sit in a comforable position. Breathe in deeply and hold your breath in. Mentally say 3 times (without exhaling): Healthy Am I, Holy Am I, Happy Am I. Exhale and say 3 times outloud (without inhaling): Healthy Am I, Holy Am I, Happy Am I. When you do this speak from your chakra (the centre point-forhead) and your stomach-belly. Repeat if you wish. When you are finish record, if you like, what you feel like after. If you are out of breath in only one go about more practice will help you focus with out breathing so much. Each person feeling will be different.
