    If you clicked on to this page, then you must be interested in learning "how" to do meditation. I must say at the beginning, mediation in like Astral Projection. It does not come easy at first. It may to some, may not to others. Patience and time is required when doing meditation. Its purpose is to expand you mind and spirit and to live better.

Meditation:

    Sit in a nice spot, where you will not be interupted. Try your room, the basement, or even outdoors. Make sure you will not be too cold or too hot. This will take your mind off what you're trying to focus on. Close your eyes, and chant what ever you wish. The word should be special to you. While chanting try to connect to your higher concious, try to become one by body, spirit and mind. With out this technique of oneness, we are just three things in one container. Spirit, Mind and Body are separate. We should try to become one, to live better and understand ourselves better. Once in the meditation state a number of things can be done. Try to solve problems better in the mortal realm (the world we see and live in), Astral Projection, etc.

    Meditation is a good thing to do often, to help you think better and be focused on only the necessities of life. Not the big things that are materialized. Meditation comes from the Buddhist way (religion) and is now practice world wide by many people. They may not be Buddhist, but meditation they do.
